Refund policy

The Southern Pearl Return Policy….

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may exchange or receive store credit only, within 20 days with the following conditions:
Items are returned within 20 days of the original purchase date.
All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, and have the original tags still attached
Merchandise that is returned with make up on them is ineligible for return for a store credit or an exchange.
Shoes must be unworn and undamaged with the original box it came in.
Gift Cards, Cosmetics, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights, Socks, and Jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged.
All Sales, Clearance, and Promotional items are FINAL.
All merchandise has been checked for any and all defects; will not be able to return because of said defect, such as a snag or stain.
Shipping is non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us if returned for a store credit or an exchange.
If you are returning for a store credit or an exchange you will be held responsible for ALL shipping fees.
